FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Last week saw 11 games played across the three Metro Jets teams.

The Jets picked up three wins at home, while the MJDP and Jets Elite teams each played four games at the USPHL Midwest Showcase at the PSM Icehouse in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Starting off with a midweek matinee Wednesday at Mount Clemens Ice Arena, Evan Peacock stopped all 16 shots fired his way as the Jets blanked the MJDP 4-0.

Ryder Novock scored a pair of goals for the Jets and Sutton Majeske and Owen Coulter added one apiece.

Cam Cyrus made 44 saves in goal for the MJDP.

Then Friday night, the Jets defeated the Bearcat Hockey Club 8-0 as Majeske put up two goals and three assists, Luka Pivec notched two goals and an assist, and Jakub Obzera and Philip Hall combined to make 10 saves between the pipes.

Aidan Charron went for a goal and an assist, captain Jake Taylor chipped in three assists, and Ryan Glomboske, Alessandro Evangelista and Coulter added one goal each. Gabe Outman tacked on two assists.

Bearcats goalies Philip Tate and Max Hamrick stopped 45 shots.

Saturday night, Glomboske and Majeske each tallied a goal and three assists, Taylor racked up four assists, Novock picked up two goals and an assist, and Chase Martin scored twice in an 11-1 win to get the weekend sweep.

Pivec, Jaxon Stone and Isaac Bunk all had a goal and an assist, Gianluca Virelli and Outman recorded goals, and Evangelista, Tyler Fleming and Jayden Provencher each posted two assists.

Hall made 11 saves for the win in goal.

Derek Johnson scored the lone goal for the Bearcats and Hamrick and Logan Robitaille combined on 47 saves in net.

We executed a lot of details that we have been working on the last few weeks, which is part of the benefit we have had with our schedule to start. It was a team effort all weekend we had everyone chipping in.

“Excited to get back to work this week and excited to get out to Chicago the next two weeks and continue the work.”

The #MetroJets are thrilled to announce the re-signing of goaltender Arnaud Paradis for the 2026-27 season!

A native of Montreal, Quebec, Paradis returns to #JetsNation after playing last season as one of the youngest players on the team and in the entire USPHL.

Paradis showed flashes of brilliance last year as a 2009 birth year and with another full season with our goaltending coach Randy Wilson, the sky is the limit for this youngster from Canada.

Welcome back to Mount Clemens Ice Arena!
