NCDC announces conference alignment for upcoming 2026-27 season

The National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) announced its conference alignment for the 2026-27 season, continuing the league’s expansion across North America while emphasizing regional rivalries and player development opportunities.

The 2026-27 alignment features eight Conferences; Atlantic, Colonial, Metropolitan, Midwest, Mountain, Northeast, South and West with 67 organizations. The new structure reflects the continued evolution of the NCDC footprint from New England to the Rocky Mountains and Pacific Coast.

The 2026-27 season will continue the NCDC’s commitment to advancing players to NCAA hockey and higher levels of the game while expanding competition across traditional and emerging hockey markets throughout the United States and Canada.

A native of Lake Orion, Mich., Graham returns to #JetsNation after recording 20 goals and 18 assists for 38 points in 41 games last season. Braden is returning to the Jets to take his game to the next level after a big offensive season last year and we couldn’t be more excited to get to work with him again.   • Eric Ehn played for the #MetroJets during the 2001-02 season, winning a Silver Cup national championship under head coach Jon Cooper, and then spent a season each with the NAHL’s Capital Centre Pride and USHL’s Green Bay Gamblers. The Dexter, Mich., native then played at NCAA Division I Air Force from 2004-08. Ehn rang up 53 goals and 93 assists for 146 points over 133 games for the Falcons and was named a Hobey Baker Award finalist in 2006-07 - the first player from any service academy to earn that honor. That season, he was also the first Air Force player to be named an All-American after putting up 24 goals and 64 points. After graduating from the Air Force Academy, Ehn played briefly in the ECHL for the Bakersfield Condors in 2008-09. In 2023, his record-setting collegiate career was cemented when he was inducted into the Atlantic Hockey Hall of Honor. A native of Lake Orion, Mich., Graham returns to #JetsNation after recording 20 goals and 18 assists for 38 points in 41 games last season. Braden is returning to the Jets to take his game to the next level after a big offensive season last year and we couldn’t be more excited to get to work with him again.
