MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – All three Metro Jets teams were in action on home ice at Mount Clemens Ice Arena over the past week, with the Jets collecting two wins and the MJDP adding a victory as well.
The Jets Elite team lost both of its games.
Starting off Wednesday afternoon, the Jets defeated the Fresh Coast Freeze 10-1.
Gabe Outman and Ryan Glomboske each posted two goals, captain Jake Taylor recorded four assists, and Enrick Fournier tallied two assists to back Philip Hall’s 18 saves in goal.
Evan Cote and Sutton Majeske each registered a goal and an assist while Cory Anderson, Alessandro Evangelista, Ryder Novock and Aidan Charron all scored a goal.
For the Freeze, Emersen Lippert scored the lone goal and goaltender Jakob Van Zweden made 62 saves.

Saturday, AJ Zaccagni’s goal 55 seconds into overtime lifted the Jets to a 3-2 win over the Toledo Cherokee.
Zaccagni added an assist for a two-point game, while Luka Pivec and Ryan Glomboske also scored with Jaxon Stone picking up two assists.
Jakub Obzera finished with 33 saves between the pipes.
Landon Wharton and Cameron Krause tallied Toledo’s goals and Daxton Lucidi turned aside 34 shots.
On Thursday, the MJDP dropped a 4-2 decision to the Crush.
Vincent Pica and Caleb Curto notched goals and Cooper Langley and Cam Cyrus combined on a 14-save effort in goal.
Krstan Dukic, Vincent Cerrentano, Caleb Lind and Joshua Yeates scored for the Crush and goalie Brendan Kusbel made 32 saves.

Friday afternoon, Thomas LeBlanc’s goal 1:39 into overtime gave the MJDP a 3-2 win over the Crush.
Daniell Luska recorded a goal and an assist and Clovis Gamelin also scored with Alex Fournier chipping in two assists.
Arnaud Paradis took the win in goal, making 28 saves.
Yeates and Lind scored for Chicago and netminder Jack Allivato made 35 saves.
“Really good team effort today,” said Jets associate coach Jake Howie. “We played a really solid game and honestly thought it shouldn’t have even been a game that got to OT. Unfortunately, we just weren’t able to capitalize on some opportunities, but credit to the guys for pushing it across the finish line.”
Also Thursday, the Jets Elite fell 8-4 to the Chicago Crush.
Noah Chambers scored two goals and Cameron Maxwell posted two assists and Braden Graham and Sam Hanson each scored. Brendan Dreisbach and Jesse Lee combined to make 30 saves between the pipes.
For Chicago, Giovanni Rizzo and Lukas Gold each scored two goals, while Ramsey Paullo, Alexander Guida, Donavin Miller and Niko Dougan scored one each as Hayden Rabe stopped 27 shots in net.

Then Friday, the Crush defeated the Jets Elite 6-3.
Graysen LaPrise had a goal and an assist and Graham and Grady Smith both added a goal and an assist for the Jets. Lee finished with 30 saves.
Dougan scored twice and Paullo, Rizzo, Gold and Brandon Herschbach scored for Chicago and goalie Danny Gurtner stopped 33 shots.
This weekend, all three teams are on the road playing four games each at the USPHL Chicago Showcase from the new Summit Sports & Ice Complex in Lockport, Ill.
