Scott Sturgeon grew up in small town Winchester, WI. After high school, Scott answered the call to serve his country for the United States Navy. Once he returned home, he started to coach youth hockey and led his team the their first state championship. The success followed while coaching AAA and junior hockey levels. During the 2017-18 season, Coach Sturgeon led the Ironwood Fighting Yoopers (USPHL) to a winning record and the programs first playoff appearance. Scott now works remotely from Park Falls, WI raising his three kids. In addition to Coach Sturgeon recruiting players, he also plays a role with the advancement of players. He enters his 1st season with the Jets from the Hudson Havoc (USPHL) where he was an instrumental part to the teams success on the ice and off the ice with numerous NCAA Commitments. He joins an already established program in the Jets to help continue bringing more opportunities for our players. (resume)

JT!!
Congratulations to the #MetroJets captain! JT led the team and division in points. He was a big reason for yet another Great Lakes Division Championship! We had a few more Jets deserving of awards, but it’s only fair to share!
